How NatureRich consistently produces pure, clean, high quality products
Manufacturing Process
Our bottled products are manufactured in an FDA Registered facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota. They are manufactured on food-grade stainless steel equipment under sanitary conditions. Employees handling the product wear clean clothing, gloves and hairnets. The production area and all the equipment are sanitized daily.
Product Quality
The products themselves are tested for accuracy of formulation, consistency of attributes and cleanliness. Some of the tests are performed by an outside laboratory; others are performed by our employees during the manufacturing process. Some of the tests we run on every batch of product that we manufacture are pH, viscosity (thickness) and standard plate count (cleanliness). Records are kept of all results. Our products all contain production date codes. This helps us to identify and isolate any questionable product until further investigation can be done.
Packaging Quality
Our product is packaged in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to maintain the quality of our products over their shelf life. This is the best material available for our Alkaline products. HDPE presents no known hazards, is recyclable and will not leach into the product over time. In addition, we use high quality, biodegradable shipping materials to avoid further pollution of our planet.
